Our perfected headshot process…
… at your own office!
Step 1: Booking the Shoot
Give us a little more information on what you are looking for! Fill out our form below with the number of employees being photographed, office location, preferred date, and any other details you think we need to know. We’ll get back to you with a custom quote.
Once we’ve secured your date, send an email to your team and let them know Picture Day is coming! You can share our Headshot Tips with them to help prepare.
Step 2: Shoot Day!
We will usually arrive about 1 hour early to get set up. We bring our studio lights to make your staff look their best, and will either set up a solid background for most headshots, or use your office space for an environmental portrait.
We suggest scheduling your employees in 15 minute windows. We’ll have a mirror and touch up station for them to make sure they are camera ready, then we start shooting!
We coach every individual on posing and expression to help them get the perfect shot.
We have on-site image review, so each employee will get to view their images right away and pick their favorite. We love this because people get to see their images and make sure they have a shot they love before leaving our area! It also helps speed up the post-process because we can get to work editing the final images right away!
Step 3: The Final Product!
We will professionally retouch each selected image. We don’t go overboard - just some final polishing that helps everyone look like the best version of themselves. General retouching includes flyaway hairs, teeth whitening, blemish removal, and giving everyone a good night’s sleep :)
Within 1 week from the shoot date, we will send a link to a gallery with the final edited images of each employee. They are all available for download and backup easily to Google Drive. If you have any specific formatting requests, make sure you let us know when you request a quote so we can keep that in mind throughout the process!
And that’s it! Great headshots that represent your team and your brand in the best way possible!
A Little Bonus:
Once we have revamped your employee headshots, the best part is that we can help you keep a consistent style/brand as your business grows! When you have a new hire, you can send them to our studio individually and we can shoot a headshot that matches the background and lighting of the ones on your site.
